2. HOW DO WE ORDER?
It’s According to your target items in your order list. First of all, we will arrange suitable market list for you, which display the location of goods you will purchase. Secondly, we will guide you to those markets and take pictures for you selected goods, you can choose the design what you like, we can also arrange for you to visit factories you require. Thirdly, after finished the order, we input all information in the computer and e-mail to you for your confirmation, such as quantity, color requirement, packing method, marks, volume and other special requirements.
If you are not in China, we will do all the same for you, and do as good as the goods was chosen in person by yourself.
3. IS THERE ANY MINIMUM QUANTITY REQUIRED TO ORDER
Yes, in common situation, you need to order at least one carton and some items may be required more.
5. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SHIPPING AFTER ORDERED AND WHAT SHIPPING METHOD YOU PROVIDED
It depends upon your orders, if all your orders have stocks, we can ship it within one week. Otherwise it will take a couple more days according to the factory’s production.
Both air and sea are available, if you ordered the seasoned goods or other reason, we recommend you to ship by air, and we will provide you the best air cargo charges.
6. HOW DO YOU MAKE PAYMENT
it divides into two phases, in the first phase, after you confirm all the order, you should pay 30% of total amount by T/T as deposit, because the process of placing the orders to suppliers, we need pay deposit to them as well, in the second phase, before collecting goods, you should pay balance by T/T to us, owing to that when we ask the supplier deliver goods to our warehouse, we should pay at the same time.

7. What is your service charge?
Our service charges include commission and Airport pick-up service. Generally we will give some feedbacks to our customers annually according to the purchasing volume.
1 Commission：
Our comission rate is flexible, we charge 3-5% of total purchase amount according different situations. We charge USD20 / day for the guide & translation service on visiting all the Yiwu markets, the translation fee will be deducted after orders placed. Have any doubt? Contact us for more information.
